On Nov 16, 2012, HNCA held a company development planning assessment meeting. Kong Dongfeng, vice director of SASAC of Henan Province, Liu Jianbin, vice director of the Finance Office of Henan Province, Kang Shengzhen, vice director of Henan Provincial Civil Office, and other relevant provincial departments officers attended the meeting.
