On July 5, 2012, party secretary of Zhengzhou Aviation Industry Management Institute Zhang Likui visited HNCA. HNCA chairman, Zhang Mingchao held a symposium of school-enterprise cooperation, HNCA general manager Liu Jianbao attended the symposium.

According to the National Collaborative Innovation Program (also known as the “2011 Plan”), he said, together with the Henan Development & Reform Commission, the Civil Aviation Office, the Government of Zhengzhou, the Zhengzhou Xinzheng Bonded Area, the City Economic Research Center of China, and HNCA, Zhengzhou Aviation Institute took the lead in establishing Air Economic Development Collaborative Innovation Center, to effectively integrate various resources, resolve the critical issues and study the key technologies during the development of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Comprehensive Experimental Zone(ZAECEZ). Those splendid achievements might be directly applied to the construction of the ZAECEZ.

Accordingly, Zhang Mingchao said the whole company was very glad to become a member of The Economic Development of Collaborative Innovation Center and the HNCA would carefully review cooperation framework agreement, improve cooperation models, refine cooperation program to strengthen further cooperation and communication.
