The Review Meeting of HNCA Joint Venture Cargo Airline and Joint Venture MRO Company is Successfully Convened

On February 24th and 25th, Henan Province Development and Reform Commission entrusted Henan project consulting center to invite several famous industry experts and scholars to review the feasibility study reports of joint venture cargo airline and joint venture MRO company, which will be mainly established by HNCA and Cargolux.

Based on Roland Berger’ presentation, relevant departments’ suggestions, the expert group gave their comments after discussion. In their opinion, building MRO company is helpful for constructing Zhengzhou airport as an international air cargo freight hub, providing local MRO service will ensure airlines’ efficient operation, and promote local airlines’ development. Establishing joint venture cargo airline is conducive to expand air cargo freight market of China and Luxembourg, accelerate Zhengzhou airport’s development and improve its status as international air cargo freight hub, and has profound influence on  Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone’s policy implementation, China and Luxembourg’s economy and aviation development.
