On January 18, 2014, Mr. Zhang Mingchao, the Chairman of HNCA and Mr. Liu Jianbao, the vice Chairman of HNCA visited Okay Airways Company Limited with the delegation, and made a further discussion on the matters of cooperation in general aviation area with Mr. Liu Weining, the CEO of Okay Airways.

Mr. Zhang Mingchao said, as one of the main entities in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, HNCA focused on the development of seven fields, air transportation, aviation logistics, financial investment, general aviation, aviation manufacturing, real estate, and cultural tourism. The development potential of Okay Airways was great, and the cooperation prospects of the two sides were broad. We hoped to strengthen the cooperation with Okay Airways in building low-cost airlines, introducing aircraft manufacturing projects, training pilots and other areas.
